In 2011 and 2012 the Foundation brought Ayurvedic doctors, a gynaecologist and a paediatrician to the villages of Nawabganj block, and trained village youth in first aid.

A village family's first problem with a doctor is reaching one. In December 2011 the Foundation began bringing doctors to the villages of Nawabganj block instead, starting with a camp by doctors of the Ayurvedic Medical College, Bareilly, at Richhola Tarachand.

Sithra village became the base for specialist camps. On 27 May 2012 a gynaecologist and a paediatrician held a camp there for mothers and children, and on 24 June 2012 they returned. Bareilly's paediatrician Dr M.D. Chhabaria was among the doctors who gave their Sundays, and the camps continued at Kashi Dharmpur, Matkula, Navadiya and other villages in the years that followed.

The Foundation also wanted every village to have someone who could handle first aid. From 9 June 2012 it ran a six-day primary health care workshop for young men and women of the villages, and more than 50 of them have since been trained. Those camps and workshops grew into the weekly medical camps that have now treated more than 78,000 patients.
