Fifteen years after it began in Bareilly's villages, the Vriksh Mitra–Gram Mitra Abhiyan returned to the district on 14 September 2025 for the thirteenth camp of the season. At Silver Law College on the Pilibhit Road, 1,000 farmers of Bareilly district gathered, and 900 of them went home with eight or nine high-quality fruit saplings each — 7,400 trees of mango, guava, pomegranate, orange, mosambi, bel, jamun, lemon, pear, peach and jackfruit.

"Wherever there is a field boundary, there should be a tree," the chief guest, Dr Arun Kumar Saxena, Uttar Pradesh's Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Forest and Environment, told the farmers, adding that it was the Foundation that had inspired him to plant fruit trees. Nawabganj MLA Dr M.P. Arya said his constituency had more families eating fruit from Khushhali's trees than any other, and Bareilly Cantt MLA Shri Sanjeev Agarwal called the work a divine task that blessed the ground on which it was done. Shri Rampal Gangwar presided, Dr Yogesh Mishra, former principal of the Government Ayurvedic College, was the main speaker, and Dr Vinod Pagrani received the guests.

Before the close, the guests honoured the village workers by presenting each of them with a sapling. Then the farmers collected their packets of plants and a packed meal at the gate and set off for their villages.
